Watch Your Child's Health Transform

One of my clients was a 6 y/o girl who experienced frequent stomach aches, nausea, constipation, as well as viral and bacterial infections.

I showed her mom how to shop for healthier foods and engage her daughter in quick and simple cooking at home.

That little girl is now 8 y/o and has not experienced ANY digestive issues or been sick with a viral or bacterial infection in over a year.


Lessons learned!

Just a few years ago, it was common for us to visit our pediatrician every few weeks. However, I was determined to find answers!

It took me some time to figure it out, but I found peace of mind and stability in my schedule when I finally gained confidence and ability to manage my kids' health and prevent illness without waiting until they get very sick and run to our pediatrician.


Here are a few tips on how to prevent your child from getting sick:

1. Diffuse high quality (100% natural) essential oils in your child's room (Lavender oil is the most safe for children, but when the child is not in the room diffuse tea tree oil to disinfect the air)

2. Open the windows in your child's room (and other rooms if possible) every morning all throughout the year to get some fresh air in

3. STOP using toxic cleaners, laundry detergent, soaps and other products containing toxic chemicals IMMEDIATELY!

4. Remove artificial flavors, preservatives, and refined sugar from your child's diet IMMEDIATELY!
